Netizens were happy but they warned the actor about the effects caused by the virus can stay on even after testing negative, asking him to take necessary precautions and abide by a healthy diet.
“I have tested positive for #COVID19. Symptoms are mild. Am quarantining,” Ranvir had tweeted last week on Wednesday.
Earlier, in conversation with ETimes, Ranvir shared that he contracted COVID due to his negligence. He said, “I think with the announcement of the vaccine people have become more careless. I myself contracted COVID through the eyes, because I was careless about hand hygiene while using eye makeup at a shoot. It gave me conjunctivitis, which turned out to be COVID.”
On the work front, the actor was last seen in ‘Lootcase’ which was released in July last year.
