After recovering from Covid-19, Aaliya recently reunited with her kids, Shora and Yani. They are all staying at Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s farmhouse in Kasara. “We will be staying here since the Covid situation is very bad and a partial lockdown has also been imposed. We have no plans of moving out from here anytime soon; our kids are also keeping up with their studies through online classes,” informs Aaliya, who is herself working on producing a biopic on musician Teejan Bai.
While Nawaz was to join his family at their farmhouse, the actor has planned to take off for some ‘me’ time for now. Aaliya reveals, “Nawaz is looking for a place to detox after working back-to-back. He has yet another schedule in London, so, before heading there, he wants to give some time to himself and take a break.” Aaliya and Nawazuddin are apparently working on their reconciliation and the former has even withdrawn her divorce notice. “We interact almost every day, discussing kids and work. Touchwood, everything is going good and we are hoping that things will be better in the future,” concludes Aaliya.
