TOI had earlier reported that the Vande Bharat Express for the Rajasthan route via Jaipur has been modified keeping in mind the height of the electrical wiring. ICF, Chennai has installed high rise pantographs on the new Vande Bharat Express for NWR given that double stack containers run on the route, and hence require pantographs with more height.
The new Vande Bharat Express is expected to reach NWR today, that is March 23, 2023.
